Investing
Together with the former Tractive Leadership Team, we invest in early-stage startups through Traxit. I also advise the companies we back, drawing on my experience in building software and leading teams.
At Tractive, I started on the core backend and growth initiatives before going on to lead Web Engineering. I grew a team of four engineers into multiple teams covering web, e-commerce, and internal tools. Together, we scaled key systems to handle millions of interactions a day.
In 2025, I became VP of Data and joined Tractive’s leadership team, leading data science, analytics, and data engineering. I stayed hands-on throughout, combining technical work with strategy, hiring, and mentoring.
There were plenty of side quests along the way, too: improving how the engineering org worked, strengthening payment infrastructure and fraud prevention systems, setting up incident management, working on company-wide data governance, shaping AI strategy and adoption, and handling responsible disclosure.
As a core member of the Microsoft Dynamics Event Management team, I contributed to the demo event web app, event registration logic, the Dynamics CRM interface, and the public API. My work also covered security, accessibility, and client support.
